RAPPEL

Les clubs sont invités à retourner avant le vendredi 1 juillet 2011 l'imprimé de réaffiliation 2011/2012.

Ce bordereau est préremplie et téléchargeable sur GEST'HAND, Menu "Gestion des structures", rubrique "Gestion des clubs", rubrique "selection d'un club". Après avoir renseigné votre numéro de club 16 xx xxx, selectionnez le mot "Lettres types" dans le bandeau en haut de l'écran. Choisissez la lettre "(Tous) Structure - Bordereau Réaffiliation Club" en cliquant sur le bouton "Utiliser".

Un fichier compressé de type ".zip" est à télécharger. Il contient le fichier de format word".rtf" à imprimer.

Ce document de réaffilaition est à compléter par :

• Les coordonnées du correspondant du club,
• Les noms, prénoms, n° de licence des Président, Trésorier et Secrétaire. Dans le cas où le "bureau" serait amener à changer (AG du club après le 2 juillet), merci d'indiquer les renseignements actuels.

La demande de réaffiliation est à retourner signé à la Ligue du Lyonnais de handball en 1 seul exemplaire et joint d'un chèque dont le montant s'élève à :

• 464 euros pour un club qui dispose d'une équipe au niveau seniors national,
• 409 euros pour un club qui dispose d'une équipe au niveau seniors régional,
• 254 euros pour un club qui dispose d'une équipe au niveau seniors départemental. 

Les bordereaux de licences des Président, Trésorier et Secrétaire sont à joindre avec l'affiliation. Aucune affiliation ne sera active sans l'ensemble des pièces jointes, entraînant l'incapacité de valider des licences et de s'inscrire en championnat.
